This is a Birthday Card I made using
Paper Strips! I cut out strips of paper in different patterns and lengths and attached them going in different directions to a piece of white card stock . I then attached that to a piece of black card stock, and attached that to my white card base. I stamped on another piece of white card stock my sentiment and balloons, colored the balloons, and attached both to black card stock. I cut those out, and attached them on top of my card.
