For this card, I cut out the balloons and the word "POP" with my Cricut.
I also had my Cricut write the words "Happy Birthday."
I used a cloud stencil and SU Tempting Turquoise dye ink on white card stock.
I attached the balloons with different colored card stock. Behind the cut outs on the
white card stock (now clouds), I attached orange, green and glittered paper!
I hope Pop has a Happy Birthday and enjoys his card!
